We are a digital real estate advertising and information services platform devoted to making easy, convenient, and speedy access to the real-estate sector for our users. By using our website/portal, services, network, applications or accessing any content provided by the jaidadtrade, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use, i.e., our Standard Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer and Privacy Policy (defined below).
Definitions

- Service may include advertisements.
- Unless you subscribe to our agent service, we do not act as property agents.
- We do not represent you or the other users looking for property or advertising their property or properties at Jaidadtrade.com and will not assist any party in the lease or sale / purchase of any property.
- Jaidadtrade.com is not responsible in any way for the outcome of any negotiations you may have with any actual or potential buyer / seller, lessor/lessee, landlord/tenant in relation to any property advertised at Jaidadtrade.com.
- You are required to comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- You will not copy and republish / advertise any content advertised at or produced by Jaidadtrade.com.
- You will not upload any harmful material on Jaidadtrade.com, including any viruses, worms, malware, spam, pyramid schemes or other fraudulent schemes.
- Jaidadtrade.com may assign or subcontract any or all of its rights and obligations hereunder or under any agreement with any user.
- Users may not assign, novate, subcontract or transfer their rights or obligations hereunder or under any agreement(s) with Jaidadtrade.com, without Jaidadtrade.com’s prior written consent.
Terms and Conditions regarding Advertisement of Property on Jaidadtrade.com
- You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the property you seek to advertise for sale / rent at Jaidadtrade.com or you have been duly authorized by the owner of the property you are advertising for sale / rent at Jaidadtrade.com.
- You agree to indemnity and hold Jaidadtrade.com, its employees, officers, consultants and agents harmless against any claims, losses or damages resulting from your advertisement at Jaidadtrade.com.
- You must at all times comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- Jaidadtrade.com may refuse to advertise your property or properties at its sole discretion without providing any reason.
- Jaidadtrade.com may remove any advertised property at any time at its sole discretion without providing any reason.
- You represent and warrant that the particulars of the property are true and accurate and any other information regarding the property is true and accurate and agree to indemnify and hold Jaidadtrade.com harmless in case of any breach of such representation or warranty.
- You must not have been suspended from the use of our services.
- You must have legal capacity and be of legal age to use our services and to advertise property at Jaidadtrade.com.
- Unless permitted by Jaidadtrade.com as per a separate agreement, and with the consent of the legal owners of the property/properties, you may only use our services for yourself in relation to your property/properties.
- You may be required to pay fees / charges in relation to some of our services as per our policies and promotions.
- You will not to change or remove any copyright notice published on Jaidadtrade.com.
- You will not misrepresent any information or provide false / inaccurate information regarding any property advertised at Jaidadtrade.com.
- No information contained at Jaidadtrade.com shall constitute an invitation or an offer to invest in any property. Further, nothing published on Jaidadtrade.com should be considered as a recommendation by Jaidadtrade.com.
- You will not advertise any property using any copyrighted information, or information that you do not have permission to use.
- Jaidadtrade.com offers no guarantee or warrantees that there would be a positive response or any response, once the property is put on display. Any payments made to Jaidadtrade.com in this regard are solely for the purposes of display of the property advertised.
- You will not remove any advertisement for a property for at least a period of one week after publishing the same on Jaidadtrade.com.
- You will not interfere in other users’ enjoyment of the services.
- You will not create links from any website or webpage to any page or site on Jaidadtrade.com, except with Jaidadtrade.com’s express written permission.
- Jaidadtrade.com may, at its sole discretion and without providing any reasons, suspend your services (even paid services), in case of any violation, or alleged violation, of the terms of this Terms of Use and in case of any delayed or non-payment of any amount due to Jaidadtrade.com, for an indefinite period of time. Jaidadtrade.com will not be liable for any damages, costs, losses or other actual or alleged claims in this regard. The user shall indemnify and hold Jaidadtrade.com harmless against any claims or third-party claims as a result of the user’s violation of the Terms of Use or non-payment for services provided by Jaidadtrade.com.
Intellectual Property
All content at Jaidadtrade.com, including our services, such as logos, pictures / images, video / audio clips, codified information, text, graphics, icons, images and general data and data compilation, and software and applications is the property of the AST (Pvt.) Limited or, in specified cases, of its users and content generators / suppliers and protected by copyright laws.
Prohibited Use Policy
- You will not use the services provided by Jaidadtrade.com for any prohibited or illegal use.
- Jaidadtrade.com and all of its content is the intellectual property of the AST (Pvt.) Limited and you will not carry out any activity that infringes the intellectual property rights of the AST.
- You will not compromise the system security or integrity of our services or website.
- You will not display, upload or advertise any property or information that infringes any third-party’s intellectual property. You will indemnify and hold harmless Jaidadtrade.com and its officers, agents and employees against any and all copyright infringement claims in relation to your actions.
- You will not misrepresent or impersonate another person or entity.
- You will not reproduce, display, amend, modify, republish, distribute, display, advertise or otherwise provide access to, disassemble or decompile any part of our services, except as explicitly permitted by Jaidadtrade.com
- Regardless of whether you have subscribed for a paid service, in case of any prohibited use, your account and services will be suspended for an indefinite period at the discretion of Jaidadtrade.com. You will not be entitled to any payment, resumption of services or reimbursement as a result thereof.
